how do I down load hotfix kb834716 ? Canopy Bill 12.07.2006 00:26:02 once again Outlook has defaulted to a basic view of contact information. I used my two calls to Microsoft for help years ago. Article 837998 talks about using a hotfix, but I don't understand how to download the fix.
