How do I send emails automatically to contacts in access database Timashenko 09.07.2006 07:15:02 I have about 400 addresses kept in a Microsoft Access database. I use word and merge to email to contact them but can only send them one at a time because I keep getting the message that a programme is trying to access the addresses which might be a virus and am I aware of this. I have to click yes every time. Can I change the settings so that this message doesn't appear and all the emails are sent automatically.
