Error Message: MAPI unable to load the info service BCMMS.DLL reidp2000 18.07.2006 00:41:02 Help! BCM was working beautifully until I had to uninstall Outlook 2007 Beta because Outlook crashed continuously. Now I can't find any of my business contacts and everytime I start BCM, I get the following message: "An unexpected error has occured. MAPI was unable to load the information service BCMMS.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured." I have reinstalled BCM several times, including all of the service packs, but still am unable to retrieve my contacts, or use BCM.
