2007 BCM...Can I Add the Communications Pane to Opportunites?
Scott Allen 10.07.2006 21:01:01
Just wondering if there's any way to add the communication history pane to
the opportunities window. Basically, I'm trying to make this as easy as
possible. Click on the opportunity and see as much as possible without
having to open up a million windows. Also, is there any way to delete the
products and services window? I don't use that and it just sits there taking
up half my screen.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Scott,

Communication history pane is already available in a separate tab on
Opportunity. You can access different tab by clicking options on Show
chunk of form ribbon. Unfortunately there is no way to move it to main
page on Opportunity, if that is what you want. Also there is no way to
remove/hide products and services window.

However, 2007 version of BCM provide a very easy and intutive way to
add custom fields on any page.
