You are out of luck. I don't know of any program that would open OneNote files on a Mac. You need access to a PC with OneNote (or the OneNote Trial) installed. Preferably, you need to have OneNote 2007 installed, so that you can save all the files as PDF. Best idea is to ask your friend to send it to you as a PDF, HTML email or Word document.
