OneNote startup parameter
srd <srd152000[ at ]yahoo.com> 04.07.2006 17:32:25
A small glitch in launching OneNote 2003 automatically that I don't know
how to resolve. When I set Tools:Options:Other:Tray, OneNote forgets that
option choice between system reboots. It launches as an open side note.
Actually, two side notes open, but that might have a separate cause. Is
there some registration setting that might produce this result?

Hey Stephen,
When you select this option it adds a shorcut to your startup
folder along with a parameter. Would you be able to find out what it
currently says and post it here?
Thanks Blue Acid

Hey Stephen,
Sorry i can't help you more but all i can suggest is make sure the
whole path looks something like this "...\Microsoft
Office\OFFICE11\ONENOTEM.exe" /tsr
The other thing is try install the service packs for One Note ore create
your own shortcut in the startup folder which points to "ONENOTEM.exe" /tsr
then reboot and see if it comes up with the side notes still.
