This cache in Beta 2 has had a habit of growing massively in size and cause ON to stop working all together. In this case the only course of action is to delete the cache. You may lose recent inking and changes, but usually not much if any.
After that it will then rebuild itself and gradually increase in size. You're lucky it is small, mine grew to over 4GB before it killed ON and had to be deleted :)
