How can I print just one section or page in OneNote 2003?
Mary Grace 08.07.2006 23:36:01
I have pages and pages of notes in each section...there are many times I just
want to print a paragraph or a single page but in the print section under
file, only ALL or PAGES are available to me. Even if I choose page and let's
say 3, it will print all 40 if that is the amount of pages in that section.
The page range "selection" area is gray as is true of others who I know that
use this program???????

Is it not possible to print just one selection at a time?

If you do a "Print Preview" there is an option to print the page group, the
current page, or the current section. I do not know how one would go about
printing just one paragraph unless you copy/paste that one paragraph onto a
new section/page and then just print that page.
Good Luck
