MS Office 2003 installation PreciousE06 12.07.2006 07:12:01 Hi everyone, I need some help please! I was previously using the MS Office 2003 Standard Edition 60-day download. Now, I have purchased the MS Office 2003 Student/Teacher Edition, and I am trying to download it to my computer. I cannot intall it to my computer, nor can I remove the trial download from my computer...I keep getting a message saying that the patch cannot be opened. When I open Word or Excel, it asks me to covert to a full package, I try to convert, and it will not do anything. What can I do? Plz help! Thank you!

I suspect the problem is that you ran the trial and then did not uninstall it before trying to install the full version. (I have a real problem with trial versions.
