normal.dot template adjustment

hi,

i tried reading how to adjust the XP office word templates and i couldn't
figure it out

i'm trying to change the font and make the document appear at 100% rather
then 85

how do i do this? thank you
i know the following is an IE question but you might also know how to adjust
the window size. Every time i open a new window its very tiny and i would
like it to be a maximum alwasy thanks again

Open a new document. Make your page setting adjustments, e.g. margins, etc.
Then save the document as normal.dot in your template folder.
