Mail addresses from a SharePoint list
Hasse 14.07.2006 10:15:02
Hi,

I have an InfoPath form with a button that creates a mail and I wan't to
populate the To field in that mail with email addresses that I have in a
SharePoint list with contacts.
If the contact belongs to a certain market he/she should get a mail.
Market is a field in the Contacts list.
Any ideas?

Regards,
Hans

Hello Hasse,

Please read the link below which explains about getting the Sharepoint list
items to Infopath. http://www.infopathdev.com/howto/tutorials/default.aspx?i=7bc880f391b84ea9b3b45c6fbecc07c6
Now Bind the <To> field in the Email to the field which has an email.
Using rules on the Submit button you can set the Condition to send the Mail
when Market is selected.

I hope it helps you.
