Count entries Geoff 14.07.2006 15:43:01 I am working on a form linked to an access database and wish to use information from the database to audit performance. What i need to do is count the number of cells in a column on the database that contain a particular word or phrase (i.e "Replace chain") against the number of recordson query. EG. 5 out of 15 records contain "Replace chain" in the Chain wear column so i need to show the term "Replace chain" = 5 or 33%. The "Replace chain" will be in a drop down list populated by the column in the database so the string is valid. hope someone can help
