Hello all,
I have an HP 4200, and when a user prints to it, instead of printing a
4 or 5 page document, it prints hundreds or even thousands of pages.
If we print the same document to our Dell 3100 printer, we don't have
this issue.
Does anyone know if this is an Excel thing? or would I be better
looking at the HP printer?
I have tried changing the printer drivers from either PS to PCL and
back again, but while the issue seems to go away for one print, it
comes back at a later date, no matter which version we're using.
If anyone has an idea, let me know.
