Printing Alternate Rows
LPS 17.07.2006 16:49:01
Using Excel 2000: You can select alternate rows by using the CTRL button
(e.g.; select rows 2, 4, 6, 8, etc) but when you try to print your selection
(File| Print | Selection) each row prints on a separate page. Is there
something you can tweak to have as many alternate rows as possible print on
the same page?

Add a column, put a formula in such as =MOD(ROW(),2), copy down and then use
Data / Filter / Autofilter to filter on the 1 or 0 depending on what you
want - then just print as normal.
