Word sends sent mail to outlook express sent items instead of outl
ItIsSimon 14.07.2006 05:47:01
When Emailing from within MS word 2003, all copies of sent items are
delivered to outlook express. Outlook is our mail client (default).

I would like all sent items from word to go the "Outlook" sent items not the
"outlook express" sent items.

We have just upgraded to a new Dell with MS Office Basic 2003 XP.

I do not wish to use outlook express at all.

All help is much appreciated as MS tells me that my Product key is wrong and
they expect me to pay for help now. This is a brand new legal OEM
installation and should be supported with happiness and smiles by MS.

The conditions under which Microsoft supply OEM versions of the software at
a reduced cost to the OEM and probably also to you is that support is
provided by the OEM. You get what you pay for.

Re your Outlook/Outlook Express problem, do you have a email account
configured in Outlook Express? If so, get rid of it and see if that
overcomes the problem.

Hope this helps.
