You can use the LDB viewer if you're running A97:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;Q176670

If you're running 2000+, you can use the code found here to build your own utility:

Is it possible to put this on a "button" so that users can also view it? I'm
very new to Access (2003) and have never used VBA in my life, so any info you
can supply will be of great help

Thanks - Sarella
