One of the users (and only one), when he tries to create a new request, gets a Just-In-Time Debugging window that says "An exception 'Runtime Error' has occurred in Script. Possible Debuggers: "New Instance of Microsoft Script Editor". Do you want to debug using the selected debugger? The 3rd party software company told me to uninstall Visual Studio, but I cannot find it on this computer to uninstall it. Can you tell me how I might be able to resolve this? Thanks, Sandy
