Hi All......... I got this post in another forum which pointed the way and helped me solve the problem........only difference is, I used MSQuery to do the same thing as I find it friendlier to use than Crystal.

Only difference is, I used MSQuery to do the same thing as I find it friendlier to use than Crystal. I was able to get the exact listing of Tables down column A and Fields down column B that I was looking for.
