How do I transfer my Business contacts to my laptop?
golf4me 03.06.2006 07:50:01
I was able to transfer my regular outlook contacts (pst) to my laptop, but
cannot find a way to transfer my business contacts. I am using MS Business
contact manager. How can this be done?
Thanks

Export (Under the File menu) from the desktop Outlook/BCM to a BCM
file. Transfer file to laptop. On the laptop Outlook/BCM import the BCM
file.

An alternative is to move the BCM database file to the laptop (this is
the equivalent of moving the pst file).

BCM v3 beta has another mechanism. You can share the database on your
desktop, attach to it from the laptop Outlook/BCM and create an offline
database on the laptop.
