You could develop a divert feature on outlook
Ashirwad 02.06.2006 19:41:02
A helpful tool for executives who are not accessible would be an additional
feature in outlook that lets you divert (keep copy/or just plain divert)
mails to key people who may be able to handle/make decisions on your behalf.

For example: Executives on leave (due to illnesses or other wise) could
automatically choose to divert specific mails either upward or downward where
effective decisions may be made with a minimal wastage of time. ( the
assumption here is that the user would leave his outlook active at such time
he is on off from work)

This would also help in autoforwarding routine mails to key people without
the mandatory FYI. which could again contribute to a minimal wastage of time
thereby enabling quicker decision making.
