Ask in a more appropriate group, for starters. This group is specific for
XML questions. I recommend you try word.application.errors, word.newusers or
word.document management. When you do, you need to provide more information:
1. The version of Word
2. The actions you preform when this happens
In general terms, it sounds as if you have an add-in or some other kind of
macro that's triggering, but is not able to execute correctly. If you've
recently installed any tools or macros, try removing them and see if the
problem goes away.
