"Network Problems Are Preventing Connection to the Microsoft Excha Boltaron Bill 02.03.2006 18:52:50 I have 2 windows98 clients (yes they HAVE to run 98) that for some reason today will not open the global address book. you get the error "Network Problems Are Preventing Connection to the Microsoft Exchange Server" as soon as you click on "to". The really strange thing is this. If you create a new profile on the computers it works fine untill you close outlook and reopen it. I uninstalled outlook and reinstalled on both pc's. The first one seems to be running fine now. The second still gets the same error. Any help will be good. Bill
