Automatic RENUMBERING
BigDogMurphy 24.02.2006 13:55:27
I hate to keep asking this question, I am having a very difficult time
following the "Shauna Kelly" route. Does anyone have a paint-by-numbers,
simple route to make word 2002, renumber lines the way word 5 did? Simply
compose a list, it numbers the list, when you change the order, it re-numbers
the list. Fast. Simple!! Can this be done in word 2002?? Without all that
"Shauna Kelly" stuff?

The Shauna Kelly "stuff" is the simplest reliable way. I don't like that,
either; but it is.

See: How to create numbered headings or outline numbering in your Word
document
http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/numbering/OutlineNumbering.html. (For
bullets see http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/bullets/controlbullets.html, the
subject is related.)
