ODBC & SQL
TK <tim[ at ]d.com> 01.11.2005 20:50:46
I am using Access 2003 with an ODBC connection to a MS SQL database.
When I make a change to a record on a form, I always get a write confict
dialog stating that the record was changed by another user. I am the
only one using the db at this time so I know this is not correct. Is
there a way to correct this?

Thanks.

Hi,
Perhaps you have a trigger, which makes updates to the same table - then it
can cause such error message

Hello,

I had a a similar problem with the data type bit, the table that you can't
update have this kind of data type ?

I am change the filed data type bit to char(1) and all work good.
