outlook and spam marci3733 21.02.2006 00:08:26 my outlook keeps crashing anytime i try to mark a message as spam (or unmark an erroneously marked message). the norton anti-spam program won't initialize. this just started happening yesterday... any ideas?

Outlook has no way to mark a message as SPAM. If you see one, it's not Outlook. Since you say Norton AS won't initialize, wouldn't you tend to think then that it's Norton's problem? I would. Uninstall Norton AS for now, set up your mail so it works, then reinstall Norton. -- Brian Tillman
