Include/Exclude categories when printing calendar? "Rick B" <Anonymous> 21.02.2006 15:20:29 Hello: When using an Outlook Calendar in Outlook 2003, we sometimes want to print only the birthdays and anniversaries. Or, sometimes we want to exclude those items, but print all the other items. I can't really find a way to control what prints on my calendars. Is there a way to apply filters to the data printed on a calendar? -- Rick B

Therefore, to print only certain categories, you'd need to filter the view to show only those categories -- View | Arrange By | Customize Current View.
